Big news coming out of Aspen Skiing Company, owners of Snowmass, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk, with a recent announcement that they are increasing their hourly minimum wage from $12 to $13.50. Not only is Skico paying more than $3 above Colorado state minimum wage, but the company will also continue to offer employee benefits, health insurance, a ski pass, and retail discounts.

​If you’re looking for a job this winter with snowy mountains as your backdrop, you’re in luck. Aspen Skiing Co. will look to hire 1,200 new employees as they approach the winter season by hosting two job fairs at Bumps at Buttermilk from 3PM to 6PM:​

  • Thursday, September 27
  • Friday, October 26
